I'm staying on plan today because the indiscretions from Super Bowl Sunday have made it to the scale and I don't want to be discouraged by it -- so I'm just going to keep moving along.

My One reason for today: I want to get into the 220's! I was just reviewing my weight loss for last year. On October 29, I finally got into the 220's.....then stayed there for a measily 2 weeks. Since then, I've played aroundwith the same 5 pounds....231-236. I think its about time to move on down!

I am staying on my plan today because I really want to have hope for the future....that there's a healthier person inside of me who doesn't always need to use food to be part of every emotion. I'll keep plugging along.

Rhonda - I know you've been beating yourself up a bit for not moving down. BUT - just think if you weren't watching - that you could have gained weight!

I'm staying on plan today because I need to get out of this funk! I feel like the "honeymoon" is over - and I'm feeling overwhelmed with the amount of weight I need to lose.....

But - I know that if I don't stick with it - I'm only going to feel worse!

Yep, Beth...I could have gained instead of maintained. So, that is a silver lining. However, I'm not content to stay here any longer. So, my One reason for today: Get out of the 230's!

Hmm...let me count the ways:

- I have a bunch of healthy food in my fridge that must not go to waste - I enjoy it too much!
- I want to go out to dinner on Valentine's and feel like I deserve a decadent meal.
- Each week that I don't binge is another $20 to my YMCA fund for next month!
- I need my money to pamper myself, not to waste on food.
- My face looks like a balloon after yesterday, and I want it to look normal again!
- My school bag is loaded up with healthy goodies to keep me from being hungry.
- I'm broke, so I can't buy junk!
- I want to look great in a bikini this summer.

Because I REALLY want to wear the sexy black dress that Rudy bought me for Christmas two years ago!
I got it at my lowest, tried it on...it fit! It was a size large from Suzy Shier...I couldn't believe it! Then I proceeded to gain it all back and NEVER got to wear it out of the house

I want to wear it next Christmas.....or have it be too big!!! If it's too big..I'll make very good use of it while it does fit!
