I just had a really good smoothie that was so good I just have to share. And it was packed with protein. I even had a cup from early today that was from a fast food place, I just put it in there, and I felt like I was drinking the exact same thing.
I got this recipe from hungry girl, but I added a few things.
1/4 cup of fat free milk
1 cup of ice cubes
1 cup of sugar free creamy carmel pudding ( The ones that are made by jell-o)
1 scoop of whey protein
Carbs 31 g
Protein 24.5 g
