I posted recently about my slow progress and being discouraged (Is success possible?...). I am going to do my best one day at a time to to stick with my plan. Wish me luck...I weigh in tomorrow at WW and there is a good chance it may be a gain, which typically really makes me want to quit. But I won't----I can do this, no matter what. And I am proud of myself for not giving up. Maybe I have only lost a little, but I am working on it and I have not gained in the last several months (overall, I mean
