Hi,

I picked up a new magazine/cookbook at Borders. It is published by Taste of Home magazine, and I think the title is "Diet Comfort Foods." It is on the magazine rack along with the cooking magazines. There are plenty of healthy recipes for comfort food (casseroles, pasta, etc) with nutrition information included for each one. I tried a mexican casserole made with ground turkey, tomatoes, spices, with a cornbread topping, and it was delicious.
