Atkins all the way! Love the food and it works well. 100 pounds in 9 months 1st time. Slower this time, but not as much to lose either.

Hiya, I lost 70+ lbs with a combination of calorie counting + eating whole foods. It's been 3 years and I still concentrate on calorie counting and eating whole foods.
