I just discovered a webinar and sat in on it tonight. It was great! A 30 minute presentation was followed by a QA period and she answered my questions on weighing in along with about 20+ other questions. I didn't realize these things existed---call me naive. This one was through lindora and they have one every Wednesday night. I googled to see if there were others and came up empty handed. Do any of you know of others? I imagine weight watchers has them if you are registered with them.

The company I work (I'm in the healthcare industry) has one of these each month. They subjects aren't strictly weight loss, but they are very informative and interesting. I'm glad you've found a great new resource.

Webinars can be a great learning tool. Lindora has more
