She wasn't that big. IMHO - she does get it about losing weight being hard. I've been a fan for a long time. Check out the whole Questions thread when you have time - she posted quite a bit when her book Winning By Losing first came out.
She said that she was 150 lbs, like that is fat??? Most of us would kill to be that weight again. I don't know if she has ever said how much she weighs now but I'll bet she isn't too much less than that, it's just that she is all muscle now.
I agree though that she knows what it is like to struggle to change apprearances. Obviously she isn't one of those people that was born looking perfect and haven't had to work at it.
