Weekly Weigh In: December 17th to December 23rd

This week I have lost 3lbs, which I am pleased about with all the Christmas parties and all those naughty goodies which have about million calories in . I think next weigh in I will be happy with staying at the same weigh if I lose anything then that will be a real big bonus.

I am down 2 lbs. today, which puts me past my Christmas goal and gives me a little cushion from the edge of onederland. I have been good so far, but expect the next week to be the real challenge.
