Hi folks...this article came my way. I thought you might like to read it. Good stuff. I think it's hard to stay motivated this time of the year. Maybe this can help.

Everyone tells us to stay motivated. Our friends, our co-workers, our relatives say to keep going, donít quit. Sometimes, though, you ask, "Why? Why try my hardest when it ends in disappointment? Why go through something when itís going to hurt? Why?"

Because itís going to be different this time! Because you canít accomplish anything that you give up on. Disappointments and failures happen to everyone. The difference between those who reach their goals and those who donít is staying motivated. If youíre motivated, youíll keep going. If you keep going, eventually youíll reach your goal.

1. Confidence

Thank you for posting this. I've been sidelined by a shoulder injury and the ususal holiday stress, and I really need to rededicate myself to the goals I've set.
