40 huh!! Happy Birthday Sandi! I hit the big 4 - 0 last year my husband got such a kick out of teasing me too! That's okay because I intend to make this the best decade of my life!!! Anyway, I also know that DH is still 5 years older than I am.

Sandi -- You may know that I started my weight loss journey when I was 39. and weighed 295. One of my thoughts at the time -- it literally bounded into my head -- was that I wanted to be fitter when I turned 50 than when I turned 40. My next thought was whether I could wait until my birthday to get started! Thankfully, I didn't wait and so far my 40s have been FABULOUS!!!!
Anyway, I wish the same for you!!!!
