Diane I am soooo sorry that I am a day late with this. Unfortunately I haven't been able to be here much :(, as I am currently working 3 jobs and on top of that I am hosting a holiday party tonight in my home for close to 50 people, and I'm doing all the cooking - and a little (a lot) too much nibbling.

Thanks everyone! December is busy, so being late on my birthday is no big deal!!!
The good news is that I'm in much better shape and at a better weight than my last birthday! I'm looking to have an even better, more fit, healthier next year!! Thanks for all of your support.
