Happy December everyone!
This thread is all about the ONE reason we are going to stay on plan today. Of course there are TONS of excellent reasons to. But we're just wondering what's the ONE thing that's gonna do it for you today. It is meant to motivate us when we start wondering why we're working so hard and thinking "Ummm, why are we doing this again?". Or simply just to reinforce our new lifestyles.
Without a doubt this in one of thee hardest months to STAY on plan for sure. All the more reason to plan and be more vigilient. Wouldn't it be just incredible to start January on a winning, or would that be a losing streak?
