Water: atleast 75oz's daily
Exercise: atleast 30 minutes of some organized activity a day

OK, between school and vacation, I fell off the wagon...not completely, but I didn't track my calories for 10 days. I am back on track and my goals are the same:

Calories: 1300-1800
Water: Min. 64 oz
Exercise: Cardio 7 days, ST 3 days

11/1 - 11/7: Vacation....did not track
11/8: 3 (woke up sick, no exercise)
11/9: 1
11/10: 1
11/11: 1
11/12: 3

This looks like just what I need...is it too late to join you all? I really could use some accountability as I struggle to get myself going again. I have been working on these goals all month so far, so I know my points from my little notebook here

Goals:
Food: Stick with my automated breakfast and lunch, and a reasonable supper no later than 7PM--one snack but NO SUGAR (a must for me)

Water: minimum of 4 bottles daily

Exercise: 1 hour daily with weights included 3 times a week

8: 0 (it is so hard to get going again, I hope to never fall off goals again)
