This looks like just what I need...is it too late to join you all? I really could use some accountability as I struggle to get myself going again. I have been working on these goals all month so far, so I know my points from my little notebook here
Goals:
Food: Stick with my automated breakfast and lunch, and a reasonable supper no later than 7PM--one snack but NO SUGAR (a must for me)
Water: minimum of 4 bottles daily
Exercise: 1 hour daily with weights included 3 times a week

8: 0 (it is so hard to get going again, I hope to never fall off goals again)
