I weighed in Friday before I left for my trip. It was for TBL weigh in. I was 264.4. Today I was 267.8. UGH!! I gained every lb I had lost back over the weekend. I went completely off plan. Im back on track now. It will probably take me all week or more to get back where I was. Im definately not gonna make my goal now.

Congrats to all the losers! And a big "don't give up!" to everyone that gained a little bit this week.

I'm only down .5 but even that was undeserved as I made bad choices every time I turned around.

We have people posting every day of the week, I think. There are a ton on Monday...but I can't think of a single day that isn't represented. So, whatever day you prefer is your weigh in day! This thread is open all week long!

Welcome!

Wow, some great losses this week!! I saw a 6 and a 5.5 and a 3 (go, Rhonda!) and all sorts of other good stuff!! If you gained or stayed the same, just hang in there and next week will be better!

I lost one pound this week (the same one I gained last week...) I'm just happy my ticker is accurate again! Well, it's not accurate exactly -- its math is off! I'm not sure why it says "105 lost, 3 to go." It should say "108 lost, 2 to go." But anyway -- TWO TO GO!! WOOOOOOHOOOOOOO!!!! I'm not letting anything stop me this week!

I don't really want to weigh in, but I suppose I ought to.

I weighed in at 175.2 last Monday. By Friday, I had gone down to 174.2. Over the weekend, I did a little too much snacking and went back up to 175.8, so my official weigh-in is a gain of .6 pounds...Hoping I can knock that back off.

:Good morning all!!
Congrats to so many loosers!!! Such great #'s out there!!
Those who didn't post losses this week, next week will be your week!!!

My scale was acting wacky so I put a new battery in it and I am down 3 lbs( checked twice), I feel bloaty, but will take the number. I am down 62lbs since I began, I have to keep writing it and looking at it, because I really can't believe it. I am on my way to 200 wow it is hard to believe.

Welcome Crime Girl to the thread , glad to have you on board. Just enter your weight loss or gain when ever your own weekly weigh in occurs. Mine personally is a Friday. Good luck with your weight loss journey and reaching your goals.

I usually don't read this thread much if I've had an off-week scalewise because it can discourage me, but when I saw you were the last poster, I just had to see. SO EXCITING that, after considerable work, you were able to conquer that 160s decade! Great job!

I too, don't read this thread so often when I don't post on it. It kind of makes me feel like I'm just being nosy, I know it's dopey. Whatever. I had to take a peek when I saw your name Sharon. And I am so glad that I popped in. Great job. Stupendous job. You really have epitomized the meaning of perserverance, and I'm so very proud of you. You have shown us all that persistience really pays off.

A big hearty Congratulations to you on getting that stubborn scale to move downward!!!
