I'm staying on plan today because It was cold when I woke up this morning. So I have a bathrobe that I haven't worn since last year and it's a little loose. I LOVE that feeling!!!!!!!!!! :c b:
...it's Sunday so tomorrow I weigh in. I just passed the 25 lb mark and I want to see what I look like after 30. 281.88 will be 10% of total body weight lost. This will be soooo cool.
Heck, I'm staying on because I'm actually having fun watching the numbers do down!!
I'm new here (hence the possibility that I've replied wrong...), but I am staying on plan today because it's a lifestyle instead of a diet. Permanent change instead of temporary. And eating and exercising as part of it just make me feel better.
I'm staying on plan today because last night I didnt' and I paid for it this morning by feeling horrible, unable to get off the couch, etc. So, I'm back on track and feel better all ready!!!
