I gave out today and borrowed money to go shopping.
I loaded up on whole grain cereals, fresh fruits and veggies, and lean meats. The onlyh naughty things that made it home with me was some bacon and some cool aide (which is to me what pop is to others), and maybe some canned fruit, but there was no sugar added so not sure about that.
I had forgotten how many 'healthy' things I really love, and ruin because of all the frying and butter I add to them. Well, nots no mores!!
Tonight I am having salmon with yogurt dill sauce, yellow squash (baked) and a nice yummy huge salad. With fruit for desert.
