Great compliment yesterday
 

I was at my parents house and Mom says "Wow Jo, I can really tell you have lost weight. It looks like you are 1/2 your old size. You sure dont need to lose much more." :o

Little does she know I still have at LEAST 69 lbs to go. I really need to lose about 100 more.

Its amazing how it just takes a little bit of weight to radically transform someone! My stepdad kept asking me if I was sick when I had gotten to 190 he told me I didnt need to lose anymore. But then these are the people who have never known us to be skinny so they are some of the 1st ones to notice! Great job and congrats on your accomplishments.
