Default Daily Christmas Gift Contest thread

(I hope I'm not stepping on any toes by starting this!)

I'm really psyched about this challenge, and I've been thinking about it a lot. I just sat down with my calendar and planned workouts for the week. I've also written in MY Christmas journal for today. I'm following my food plan and I'm about to get on the treadmill. So! This is why I'm posting...

What are YOU doing today to get a bit closer to your Christmas goal? Let's share it, declare it, get it done!

Good idea! And you're definitely not stepping on anyone's toes by starting a thread--feel free to start one any time.

Sounds like you're getting off to a great start. Hhmm, I haven't started thinking about the Christmas challenge yet, although I should have. Not having the best weekend, but I kind of planned for it. So I guess my plan is to start making plans on Sunday night.

My plan is to start counting every little thing that passes my lips. I have gotten lazy with calorie counting, and not losing as much as I could have. Instead of "estimating", I am going to buckle down and seriously count. So far, so good.

Good sunday, all!

I've got my day's menu planned, and I'm headed off for a 15-20 mile bike ride in a few minutes. I figure that counts for a baby step to my Christmas goal.

Sheila, make some time this evening to make some plans! Winterstarzz, good job paying more attention--it can only pay off in the end, right?

What is everyone else doing to get to their goal?

I crashed and burned yesterday and the scales are showing no loss or gain for this week. Who knows what they'll show tomorrow. But, I'm back on-plan today and determined to stay on course. I just wish I hadnt messed up tomorrow's weigh-in. Argghhhh!

Rhonda, I know you can do it, look how far you've come already. Just keep your eyes on the...present!

Meals are planned for today and I'm off for a 10 mile bike ride with hubby in a few minutes. What's everyone else up to?
