I'm really psyched about this challenge, and I've been thinking about it a lot. I just sat down with my calendar and planned workouts for the week. I've also written in MY Christmas journal for today. I'm following my food plan and I'm about to get on the treadmill. So! This is why I'm posting...

Sounds like you're getting off to a great start. Hhmm, I haven't started thinking about the Christmas challenge yet, although I should have. Not having the best weekend, but I kind of planned for it. So I guess my plan is to start making plans on Sunday night.
My plan is to start counting every little thing that passes my lips. I have gotten lazy with calorie counting, and not losing as much as I could have. Instead of "estimating", I am going to buckle down and seriously count. So far, so good.
I crashed and burned yesterday and the scales are showing no loss or gain for this week. Who knows what they'll show tomorrow. But, I'm back on-plan today and determined to stay on course. I just wish I hadnt messed up tomorrow's weigh-in. Argghhhh!
