That would mean it took me almost 5 years to get healthy. At least I'm getting there. Some people do not get healthy all there lives.
Sharon, I started in fall 2002 so you never need to feel bad about being a slow loser. You're so right--you're getting there and that's all that counts!
Not to step on toes either, or stick my nose in - but there are many talented people on here and I'm sure there will also be a bunch who make their goals, and as we all have different taste, a think a few avatars would be great anyway and everyone who earns one can pick which one they like best....just a thought

Good morning, Everyone. I didnt do very well this past week. Went off plan on Saturday and have .6 pound gain for the week. I'm determined to lose that plus more for this week! I absolutely must make exercise a priority. I do think that is my key. Of course, I need to start tracking my calories again, too. Hope everyone is doing okay and has a great on-plan day.
2 lbs closer to whatever my Christmas goal ends up being! I'm starting to feel in the "groove" again. I'm so excited about the holidays this year!!!!!!!!!! Who is this person in my clothes who is actually looking forward to family gatherings????????????????

Weight dropped over the weekend and I am surprised to see it still down after a big meal of grilled shrimp and eggplant. Maybe I should have set my goal at 140 ?
I need to get my shoes on and get some exercise time today. I have bunches of anxiety and have to channel it positivity.

I did my first official weigh-in, so now I at least know my starting point for this challenge. I hadn't weighed in since June (I don't have a scale at home), when I was in my last TOPS group. I just rejoined a new TOPS group and found out that I now weigh seven pounds more than I did in June. Not terrible - I expected a gain.
