Definitely ice cream. You always read about how there are no "good" or "bad" foods, every food can be in the diet in moderation, blah blah blah....yeah no. Ice cream is absolutely off my list of foods I can handle. If it's in my house, that's because it's in my stomach, or headed there VERY soon!
Occasionally--once a week or so--I'll drive about 10 miles to a small local frozen yogurt shop for a small fat free/sugar free with either chopped almonds or strawberries (no sugar) on top. That's as close as I'm willing to get to ice cream. I know myself well enough now to know that there are some foods I just. Can't. Handle.
