Finn and Mug...I feel your PAIN! I only crave peanut butter while I'm dieting. When I'm not dieting and eating regular unhealthy foods, peanut butter never crosses my mind. Weird!

Another vote for ice cream, but when it is in a carton with some form of chocolate in it. I can do individual serving ice creams and fruit flavors like strawberry don't do too much for me. But given a carton of something I really like, I will be back at the freezer throughout the day having "just a spoonful".

Definitely ice cream. You always read about how there are no "good" or "bad" foods, every food can be in the diet in moderation, blah blah blah....yeah no. Ice cream is absolutely off my list of foods I can handle. If it's in my house, that's because it's in my stomach, or headed there VERY soon! Occasionally--once a week or so--I'll drive about 10 miles to a small local frozen yogurt shop for a small fat free/sugar free with either chopped almonds or strawberries (no sugar) on top. That's as close as I'm willing to get to ice cream. I know myself well enough now to know that there are some foods I just. Can't. Handle.

Cheese. I still cannot buy a block of cheese because I know I'll sit there with a knife just mindlessly eating it. I really miss cheese, but even the low fat stuff is banned at the moment. And potato chips. It's too easy to mindlessly eat them and before I know it, I've finished the packet.

Pretty much everything..I have an overeating problem, really. I just have to practice extreme self control.
