I don't know if I've been on an actual plateau because my weight hasn't been staying the same, but it has fluctuated from 189-186 for nearly 6 weeks! It was so frustrating but I kept plugging along (except for a bit of a slip last week) and faithfully coming to the boards and reading all of the other threads about plateaus, struggles, motivation, etc.
Well, it finally paid off, today I've hit a new low for me....185! I feel relieved, my determination is renewed and I feel very proud that I made it through without giving up. Thank you all so much for being here to help, even if I didn't directly start a thread to ask for it!
