Down five pounds! The further I get from that dreaded "two" at the front of my weight, the happier I am!

Not so good for me - up 2 pounds. I'm hoping it's the after effects of a very indulgent weekend, the weekend before last because I've been on plan for a week now.

Im down 4 lbs this week. I about jumped up and down. lol. Guess standing exactly still last week was worth the 4 lb loss this week.

CONGRATS to all that have lost this week. If you haven't dont give up!! Next week will be fab.

Well started my 7th week and only down two pounds total...nothing this week wondering if I have something wrong, like a thyroid or a medical thing, I hope not I so hope not. I really hope that I can lose in case I am proned to diabetes. I am afraid to go to the doctors and find out...procrastinating..urgg

I'm down 3.2 this week. I was up 2lbs from my ticker, and now I get to change it down... I'm so excited!

Saw 190 on the scale on Thursday, had a great day. Haven't done anything wrong since then, but the hormone balance that we all live with decided to peak on Sunday, so I'm looking at 193 this morning. Not moving my chicky for one pound. Waiting until this body gets agreeable next week and taking a big move. Life is good when you're a woman, isn't it. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

After my first week back on track, i'm only down a pound - but at least its in the right direction!!

2 1/2 pounds this week. Which is great, but I'm so puffed up from TOM and the hot & humid weather that I really have no idea what I really weigh.

I really want into the 220's this week. Somehow, in my head anyway, the 220's seem like regular fat as opposed to the 290's which was just crazy fat.
