Did you know???
Did any of you know that 2 cups of water weighs in at 1 pound.
and that you should drink at least one gallon of water per day.
So at any time your weight could vary between 7-10 pounds depending on how much water you drank and what time of day it is.
this fact just blew my mind.......
My goal is to lose 3-5 pounds per week. until I reach a desired weight of 140.
who cares how long it takes, the time will pass anyway.....
