the number one reason im staying on plan today is because i want to be healthy for my family! so that i can have a long happy life with them!

I'm staying OP today because I want Onederland! I ate a bit too much sodium yesterday and the scale was up a smidge because of it (less than 1/2 lb), I'd like to see it back down where it belongs tomorrow.

I am staying on plan today, because I have to, no other way to put it. I am a little sick with a cold, but I am not going to allow it to get me off plan. I am worth it!!!

I'm on plan today because I'm going on a girl's weekend away this weekend. This is a weekend we started planning way back in February and my plan has me exactly where I was hoping I'd be at this time. I'm staying on plan so I'm exactly where I want to be on my anniversary, Thanksgiving, Christmas party, Christmas, New Year's party, etc... My plan is the ONLY thing that's going to get me there.

Wedding anniversary goal - MET! Christmas goal - 175 - didn't make this one. Maintaining for now...no new goals at the moment.

BattleAx - you are my inspiration!!! What you accomplished is my first mini-goal. It's been a bumpy road - but I'm hoping that I'm back on the way to get there.... Congrats!!!

I'm staying on plan today - now for 2 reasons. #1 - I want to reach my frst mini-goal, and #2 - I'm wearing pants today that were tighter 2 weeks ago - but looser 2 months ago. I'm movin in the right direction again!

The ONE reason I'm staying on plan today is because I've been sneaking peeks the scale and it isn't budging so far this week. I would like to see ONE pound gone on Saturday. Fingers crossed.

The One reason I'm staying on-plan today: When I retire, I want to travel, to volunteer for my favorite charities (like Habitat for Humanity) to hopefully spend time playing with my grandchildren. If I don't lose this weight and start exercising, I'll be sitting on the couch in my later years!

The reason I'm staying OP today is that I'm exercising more lately and I don't want it to be for nothing! So my food has to stay right and it'll all work together to get me to where I want to be!

OP today because....well, why not be OP? Seriously, when I know how well my body reacts when I am OP as opposed to how it reacts when I'm not, why would I want the alternative?
