I guess I need to get your guys opinion on how you get back up when you feel you have had a bad day. I am really extreme in my personality and want to find a balance. I need to know that although I did not hit my goal that I can not just throw my hands in the air and be done with it. Any advice on how you do it would be helpful.
I think everyone has a bad day, and if you are sick it may be a few bad days,but the important thing is to get up , brush yourself off, and get back on plan. I had a sinus cold a few weeks ago and took 2 days off from exercising, as soon as I felt well, I began again. The most important thing, is not to give up, so even if you begin in little steps, you can do it!!!!!
