Re-introducing myself

Hi,

I'm Joanne. I've been posting on 3FC for a few years now. My original screenname was "Homebound"; but Mug can do it inspired me to change to a more positive name. I haven't been participating much..I tend to isolate and withdraw when I'm going through hard times. I'm not that great at expressing myself, but I want to tell you all that your posts have been such an encouragement to me.

You'll be seeing more of me in the future :). :grouphug:

I like your new name! It's very inspiring. You've made such wonderful progress so far! Just take it five or ten pounds at a time. Count down to the 270's, then the 260's...and before you know it, you'll be in the 170's, then the 160's!

Hi Joanne!!! Yes, I've seen you around a bit. I'm glad you were inspired to change your name. I went through a name change as well. My username was "fed"up when I first started here at 3FC back in Sept. 06, but about 2 months in, I changed it to my current name. I like this new name of yours much better!

Since you've been reading, then you know just how doable weightloss really is. You can take a look around this wonderful board and see so many people, who through thick and thin ARE winning the battle. Good luck to you. I really look forward to hearing more from you and hearing about YOUR success as well. :smug:

That is awesome that you changed your name to be more positive. Welcome and look forward to seeing you post alot more. This is the best group of people to get advice from, vent to, or get support from. Whether you are going through a really bad time or really good times. There is someone that has been there or might be going what you are going through
