I started exercising yesterday (not really my resolution-I just know I need to do it). I walked 2 miles. I plan to do 2 more today. Does anyone else want to log their mileage? I think it would be a real motivator as the months to go by to say you've walked xx amount of miles this year, you could get yourself into it and create goals for miles for the month you want to put in, etc..
