Hello All !!!!!

  • Hi, Was happy to find this club, I need to loose about 120 pounds . I'm 1 day into it........I walk 2 miles on my treadmill a day and use my bun and thigh rocker twice a day. I feel great so far. Just need a lot of support and i'm looking forward to chatting with ya all along my journey. Thanks for being there

    sounds like you are off to a great start! I think I will start an exercise thread for the 100 pound club to keep track of our exercising. keep checking in daily-it really helps!
