After my ridiculous knee injuries and then one of my sons having Lyme disease (he's fine now...thankfully it was caught quite early) this summer, I am finally back in the game.
I changed gyms because of the disagreement with my trainer and even with having to miss several weeks of working out, I didn't gain any weight back. I even managed to lose another couple of pounds just watching my intake. I'm super psyched about moving forward again.
And I'm really looking forward to being back around these parts! I'm going to go read up on everyone else now and see how you've been doing. :-) Hope you're all well.

St. Patrick's Day goal - MET! Baseball Opening Day (April 2) goal - MET! Memorial Day goal - to be in the "teens" - MET! 36th Birthday goal - below 200 - MET! Labor Day goal - MET! Wedding anniversary goal - MET! Christmas goal - 175 - didn't make this one. Maintaining for now...no new goals at the moment.
