I don't believe this. Someone pinch me.....I made my husband come down stairs and read the scale for me. I moved it all around the room- I lost a total of 9 pounds for this week, and am now at 251!!!!! I'm at the weight I wanted to be to know for sure that I'm on my way down, hopefully never to return.

I don't know how I lost the 3 more pounds in two days, unless perhaps my muscles released a lot of water last night?

One more pound until I can use the Ab Lounger.

Congatulations on your success!! Reading your post has inspired me to keep going. I just got started this week and I too have 40 lbs to lose before I lose 100!. I keep feeling like I have to lose 40lbs before I even get started. In know its crazy and I have to set small goals for myself. But it really helps to hear from people like you that are doing it. I made it through 3 days without a hitch. I haven't been able to do that in a long time. I do have to go out this weekend on Sat & Sunday and I'm a little nervous. Any tips on getting through parties would be greatly appreciated!!
