Well - summer is almost over.... and if i don't get back in control here, I'm going to put back all the weight (not that it was a lot) I lost in the spring. I've tried every Monday for the past 3 weeks, and I just can't seem to find the motivation.... so I'm going to try the "fake it till you can make it" route.
My commitment for the day is writing everything down today, and not stopping for a bad choice breakfast.
