Sometimes I buy a fitness magazine if there is an article about someone who was heavy and lost weight. I really get depressed when I read the articles about someone who weighted a whooping 145 and then ran 97 miles each day to get to 120....BLEH!!!!!!!
I buy them. Last jan when I started over again I let my usual subscariptions go. Like good housekeeping and better homes and gardens. They were loaded w/ recipes that I would want to try. I would always eat them. I buy the fitness mags to keep me motivated . Try new w/o routines and read the success stories. The stories pushed me to work harder. And put my w/o routine in a good perspective. Thanks for the poll
