I just made a huge pot of Vegetable Bisque. (recipe in the whole foods section) WOW is it good!! Only 72 calories for a cup of it, and it is very filling! I used broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, yellow summer squash, red bell pepper, mushrooms, a couple of ancho chlies, onion and garlic, 2 cans of diced tomatos, and chicken broth. It made about a gallon of soup, and it is DELICIOUS! Chock full of vegies - so it would be great as a snack too!
