Default Dash??

Has anyone here lost weight using the Dash Program for Hypertension? I am about to get it together and switch programs as I have resigned myself to getting rid of my borderline high blood pressure.

Thoughts? Succeses?

Never even heard of it. I thought you meant the seasoning.

My doctor gave me a handout a few years ago, but I was already following WW, so I just incorporated some of the DASH guidelines into my WW program. I don't even remember any of them now, except using some of my points on almonds and walnuts.

I transcribe for cardiologists and several have recommended this to their high BP patients. I say try it and see if it works for you, especially considering that high BP is considered the silent killer. Hope it works for you!
