Ok I went out to luch with my MIL (which normally make me want to drink ) but I would usually get chicken tenders ,fries, and a regular coke..
but today i got grilled chicken, steamed brocolli.. (which is HUGE for me because I hate veggies but it wasnt too bad at all ) and water
and it wasnt bad at all and im full
i know this sounds silly but for me its a big step

Going out to eat is enough of a challange, but add the MIL...yikes!! Good for you. Don't make it out to be a little deal, 'cuz every little step is a good one.. right? Eating out is always a big test for me, so you've helped me feel encouraged!! Have a great day and stay strong!
