Default Spring Break over and back to serious plan following

I lapsed. Once or twice I lapsed alot. BUT I'm only 2 lbs. up. So I didn't gain a whole lot. Too much for 10 days but not as much as I worried I would. So back to it today. Glad to be back all. Gotta go be honest with myself and change my ticker.(lol)

Default Good for you getting right back on track!!!

That's the way to do it! Drink lots of water and those 2 lbs will be off in no time.
