I exercised today!!!!! 3/11-3/18
I hope no one minds that I started the thread. I know it is only Day 2 of exercise for me, but I did it and I really want to claim it! :D
I walked at least 30 minutes today and I really think it was 40 minutes. I got mixed up on the time I left so I did an extra 10 minutes just in case I was wrong! :carrot: |

I can't remember if I posted yesterday in the other thread. Anyway, I did a 3.5 mile run and a 60-minute yoga DVD.
Today I definitely overdid it -- I ran 6.5 miles! My legs are screaming at me, and rightly so. |

Good Morning to all!
Day 3 of walking 30 minutes for me. What cracks me up is Taryn gets so excited when we are going. I have parked the jog stroller on the front porch to make it easier to get out and go. Now everytime we go in and out she wants to go walk!:D

Went for a beautiful walk with the rugrats this afternoon.

I had to take my car in to get some warrenty work done - and I walked to starbucks and back, 30 minute walk each way! It was pouring, so I am pretty proud that I actually did it.
Yesterday I walked for 1 hour and 7 minutes. I need a good workout video, any ideas? -Aimee |

I walked a mile today, biked two miles, 100 crunches and did weight training with my trainer for an hour today.
Congrats to everyone that gone some physical activity in today. We all have busy lives and it's not always easy to fit exercise into our day. |
LisaMarie71 - mainly cardio, I like butt kicking hard cardio! I have a Tae-Bo tape, but it's like 5 years old and I'm getting tired of it. I wouldn't mind a little strength, I'm fairly muscular, but I'm mostly concerned with my stamina.
