I love tofu!! Make sure you drain it and press excess moisture out first, or any and all recipes involving tofu will be a bust! Found that out the hard way. I like to cube it up, brown it lightly in a flavoured oil, seseme, peanut, cocunut, a very small amount though, usually 1tbsp is enough, then add with rice and veggies, etc. Wal-Mart usually keeps their tofu in the produce section, by the organic stuff and the TVP in produce/freezer depending on product need. Tofu curries well too, and goes great in seaweed or miso soup. My SO is half Asian so we use it ALOT.
