I am so happy this week! Usually I only weigh in every 2 weeks (at my mother-in-law's) as I don't have a scale at home.
But, this week I was at her house and on a whim decided to step on the scale a week early. I'm also 4.5 pounds down for the second week in a row!
Only 1.5 pounds left until my March goal is reached and it is only the 3rd of March!
I'm finding it hard to believe as all I have done is stopped drinking all those sugary fruit juices, iced tea, and soda I used to drink all the time. Such a small change makes a big difference.
Hopefully the scale keeps moving down!
