That is a fantastic list. The author of Superfoods Rx, Dr. Stephen Pratt also names pumpkin, soy and turkey as superfoods. Great health benefits for a longer healthy life.

I also love this this link to the whole foods index. All kinds of information about foods - what to look for when you buy it, when it's available, nutritional info, why it's good for you, how to store it, how to prepare it.

I have another one! Almonds take away heartburn! Or they have for me, my bf, brother and mother... definitely worth trying. I prefer eating a handful of of those than taking a chalky thing!
