I'm staying on plan today because my 10-year anniversary is coming up in August and I want to look like I did 10 years ago (with the addition of a few gray hairs!!!)

Shelby I'm sure you'll look better than you did 10 years ago with or without the grey hairs.

I'm staying on the plan today because I want to run a 10K in October and I must must must lose a good 30lbs before I can start training.

I'm staying on plan today because I want out of the 200s!!! I am almost into the 220s, which of course I have to get thru to get to Onederland. So even tho it's Super Bowl, I'm eating healthy and I've been on the treadmill already. I'm not about to ruin my weight loss now.

Thanks for all the sympathy, guys!! My face looks awful, but I'll live!

My one reason for staying on plan today is that I didn't stay on plan yesterday. I kind of planned to overdo it at this gathering last night, and then the fall kind of stressed me out so I did it for sure. It wasn't too bad, though, and I usually plan for a few "off-plan" meals here and there so I don't go crazy. Anyway, back to plan today!

I'm staying on plan today because DH has hinted "something big" for our 20th anniversary in September, and I want to be ready for whatever that surprise is! That includes being comfortable enough in my own skin to go where ever he wants, and not worry about being the fat chick there.

LisaMarie, I'm glad you're on the mend. I hope you fully recover quickly.

I'm staying on plan today because I want to be a maintainer already and not have to worry about losing anymore. I am REALLY looking forward to maintenance. I'm sure they'll be more then enough for me to worry and obsess about when I get there.

I am staying on plan today because I've been half-heartedly working on this for a year and I really need to get this thing going!! I'm also staying on plan today because I've been going to the YMCA for a year now at least 3 -5 days a week and I'm tired of wasting all that effort by overeating.

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is so that I have a good weigh-in tomorrow!! I wasn't able to work out as much as I normally do this past week, and I ate too much Saturday night. I weighed myself this morning and showed a 1-pound GAIN. I want that pound (and maybe another one) to go away by tomorrow. I know scales fluctuate like crazy, so we'll see what happens!

Little Taryn has a stomach virus and for some reason in the past when the kids are sick it is a great reason for me to binge. Today I am proving to myself that I am in control and my choice is to stay on plan1
