What a GREAT support system we have here!

I've been watching calories, drinking more water, eating more fiber and have increased my exercise, BUT I did NOT lose a pound! The change coincided with me changing my tactics to eat a bowl of shredded wheat before I went to bed because I was H-U-N-G-R-Y....REALLY H-U-N-G-R-Y. I'm guessing that maybe, just maybe I had been putting myself in starvation mode by NOT eating anything after 7PM. Who knows?
I figured that I had done everything that I could think of other than that, and my body kept stubbornly holding onto the weight, so I had nothing to lose by trying it!
