This time around I'm trying to have some normal foods... better portions and add more veggies to the dinner plate.
Tonight is meat loaf... homemade.. but I'm finding all kinds of different calorie counts out there. I want to have 1 slice...say 1 - 1.5" thick.
I used to have 1.5 - 2 slices with mashed potatoes and no veggies. Now it's 1 slice with lots of veggies.
Any idea on calories.. or where to find them?
