My Face Isn't Fat!

I've lost 9 pounds since Jan. 1 and while that's not a great deal of weight, considering the big losses some people experience in the first stages of a diet, I'm tickled to death because I can SEE it. I do not have a double chin anymore! Seriously, it's gone!!! Not even a hint of it left.

Hi Patty!

Congratulations on you AND your face!:) I'm glad that you are measuring yourself from the beginning. I wish I had done that! Sometimes the scale won't show much change, but measuring WILL and so will using clothes as a good progress chart. Keep up the good work, and you will go PAST your goal in no time!
