Sugar should have a warning label on it like cigarettes. Addiction & withdrawal calls for some kind of a warning label in my opinion.

hi there, sorry to hear you are tired it sounds as though you may not be getting enough nutrition and vitamins. I am a nurse so I know you can lose plenty of weight but keep you system healthy.
