Default Starting Over...
Hi everyone! I'm back!

I hope that some of you remember me...I was here for 1 1/2 years, posting regularly...following weight watchers...working out everyday...

In June I changed jobs within my same company, I thought I could handle all of the changes, but slowly...I stopped going to the gym, stopped eating right, stopped having the time to stop by and say "hello" to everyone here.

Gradually, I've gained back 35lbs to a number I swore I would never see again...thankfully, it's not the whole 68 lbs that I'd lost.

So, here I am back again...getting up and working out at 7am so that I get it in. And VERY happy to be back here with all of you.

Hi gals!!!

The knee has been ok, but I haven't been working out, so it's been resting. I'm about to go down to the gym now and give it a little test!! As for Mr. PT, I haven't seen much of him since I wasn't working out and he works in the gym, we're still friends, but I guess that's it. Maybe someday...

Ok...I'm picking up my gym bag and going now!!
