I am happy to report, no make that ecstatic to report that last week after upping my water intake, upping my exercise and decreasing my calories just a bit, I was rewarded with a
6 1/2 lb loss for the week!!! I'm sorry I didn't mean to shout, but I'm really, really happy about it.
Chances are I will never, ever see a number like that again
. but I'm gonna keep on trying, you never know, stranger things have been known to happen.
