Hi again everyone -

I'm mainly a "lurker" around these parts... but I wanted to re-introduce myself. I am a 26 year old from Annapolis, MD. I do a "healthier all-around" diet and combine it with daily visits to the gym. Hopefully I will be able to stick with it this time - as every other time something has "come up" (excuses, etc.)

Look forward to the weight loss!

Hi! I'm basically a lurker too! I try to get involved but somehow it just doesn't work. I'm sure with help from the wonderful people here on the boards, you'll be able to reach your goals this time!

I have a question for you though. How did you choose your goal weight of 130? Have you previously weighed 130? I'm curious just because it would appear that we have similar weights, and i'm having a hard time really choosing a goal weight. I know our heights have a lot to do with it too. I'm 5'6.5".
