I joined here a year ago, and have popped in here and there throughout the year. Now I am back for good.
Over the past year the biggest change I've made is a significant increase in my exercise, but unfortunately I've gained weight. I could blame it on infections, depression, whatever, but however I put it, the responsibility is mine. My weight has gotten to a point that it is now affecting my moboility and pain levels, and that is simply not acceptable.
I have updated my intro post in the sticky above to reflect my current stats, and I am making a commitment to you all, and even more to myself, to remain an active participant both on the 3FC boards and on my own journey this year.
