I can't believe it!!!!!!

I have not weighed myself in a long time,until yeasterday I haven't weighed since my doc made me in october,it's just to scary but, I have adopted this new lifestyle so yeasterday morning I said what the heck it's only a number when I got on the scale and looked down I thought that it might be broken it said that i lost 14 lbs It felt so weird that i made my hubby get on the scale to see if it was right it was i can't believe it.I had to get on and off the scale 2 o.k. 3 times before i believed it.I really believe this is my year not to lose weight but to live a healthy life.All my best for your new year.:)
